Every deployment we build has error reporting baked in from day one. When something goes wrong, we know as soon as it happens and work on it starts within seconds.

- We connect to your software using platform-native OAuth — we never see your passwords, only revocable access tokens you can turn off at any time
- We access your data (CRM records, emails, calendar, etc.) only when the automation requires it to complete a task — for example, pulling a contact name to fill out a document
- We do not store your customers' personal data. Ever. We may host databases for client-facing products we build, but we draw a hard line: your end-customers' information is never retained on our systems
- All data access is with your knowledge and permission, and only to the extent the automation needs it

- If your template workflow grows into something that only you need, we'll scope a custom build and credit your prior work toward it
- If you want to build something entirely new alongside your existing system, that gets scoped separately — it can land in either tier depending on what it is
- Multiple active projects are fine. Each one lives at the tier that fits it.
- The goal is a long-term partnership, not upselling you — every recommendation we make is because it genuinely moves your business forward
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you want — we handle the rest.
What happens if something breaks?
